I went through an HR interview first, then moved into a combined technical and behavioral session with the hiring manager.

After that, there was a follow-up HR conversation focused on wrapping up details around the offer. What made it stand out was that the later stage also included a face-to-face interview at the HQ, so the process ended up feeling like more than just a quick screening. By the time I reached the in-person portion, it felt like they were clearly trying to evaluate both my fit and how I worked through technical discussion in a more personal setting.
