I applied through a consultant, and the interview process ended up being a mix of phone-based technical checks and a managerial step.

There were two technical rounds and one managerial round. Both technical rounds were on the phone, including one with an Indian architect and another with an architect from the US.

The questions leaned into Core Java and multithreading, and there were also a few domain-specific questions tied to VoIP. I found the technical parts straightforward in format but still detailed enough that I had to be precise about how I thought about concurrency and how those systems work.

The managerial round was more about fit and how I would operate, but the technical content stayed central throughout.
