My experience took a frustrating turn after the interviews themselves were already done.

I went through the campus placement flow and expected the process to end with a stable offer, but I later saw a management decision that didn’t make sense for me: I was effectively hired through campus placement and then my offer was revoked after other placement drives were completed.

In another similar situation, the company took a long time to respond, and then the offer terms changed from what had initially been indicated. The adjustment included both the salary and the seniority level, and it ended up wasting time for both sides.

In the end, I didn’t get to a stable, final position.
