I joined as a fresher, and the overall flow matched that—early rounds were highly technical, followed by an HR discussion.

I got the offer on the same day, which surprised me because the process still felt thorough.

The HR part didn’t come across as rehearsed or by-heart. It was more about discussing what was on my resume, and the technical portion involved writing code on paper, not just talking through concepts.

Even though it moved quickly, it was clear they wanted evidence of practical understanding, not just confidence. I didn’t find it stressful in the usual sense; it was more like focused execution, and that’s probably why I got through.
