My interviews started with an introduction to the role and the company, including benefits, role expectations, and salary details.

After that, I talked through my education and experience and got the usual kinds of questions about my best and worst qualities.

There was also a scenario-based case question focused on requirement gathering with a customer. It felt like they were checking whether I could structure how I’d approach a real engagement and talk through what I’d need from stakeholders.

Overall, the experience wasn’t overly difficult. I didn’t get an offer, but the process was clear and the questions felt relevant to the actual work.
