Avanade Software Engineer interview experience

First, the hiring team called me by phone and asked mostly background and behavioral questions, which helped set context.

After that, I did an HR interview and then a project-fit interview. The HR and role-related conversations felt organized and clearly explained, and the whole thing stayed pretty lightweight technically compared to what I’d expected.

I ended up getting the offer, and the timeline felt unusually smooth. The main thing I noticed was how well they kept the process moving and how quickly the next step followed the last.
