The solicitation process felt professional and smooth, and I was treated very warmly.

I had multiple conversations where they went through my story in detail, and it felt like they genuinely cared about understanding my full history.

A distinctive part was that my background was checked by an external firm to look for any signs of fraud. It made the process feel thorough in a way I hadn’t experienced elsewhere.

I didn’t end up getting the role in the end, but I finished with a sense that the process was formal and rigorous rather than random. The verification step was the biggest surprise because it framed trust and compliance as part of the hiring bar, not just a formality.
