The first stage started with a call with a recruitment consultant focused on my previous experience and skills.

I expected more role-specific depth right away, but the emphasis was clearly on understanding my profile and fit.

The final step was much more intense: an all-day assessment day with the team. It included a group exercise based on a case study, plus one-on-one interviews with a manager and an HR representative. Even though I completed everything, the assessment day was the hardest part of the process for me—fully draining and very demanding. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but it was clear they put a lot of weight on how I performed under that format.
