Avanade Consultant interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

United StatesPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty engaging experience overall, and the people interviewing me were genuinely nice and keen to learn more about my background.

The conversations felt human and interested—HR didn’t come off as scripted.

What threw me off was that HR didn’t spell out how many rounds the process would actually include. I ended up going through five rounds in total, which felt like more than I’d expected. Even though each step went well and the tone was positive, I wasn’t able to secure the offer, and I remember feeling frustrated that I hadn’t been given a clear roadmap from the beginning.
