I went through the process after an area job fair where the initial interaction was genuinely welcoming.

I left my resume and was told what to do next; the recruiter reached out within about a day, had me complete the online application, and even arranged for me to be invited to an open house just a couple of days later. Before that open house, I completed the online requirements and an assessment.

At the open house, I met with a community manager who asked a series of behavior-focused questions, and then I met with the recruiter. She let me know I was being considered for a sales and service supervisor track, which surprised me a bit because it wasn’t the exact title I’d first applied for.
