My hiring journey felt like it had good intentions but got derailed by timing and internal constraints.

I went through coding, system design, a hiring-manager round, and an interview with an AI focus, and I had multiple interviews overall.

As the process moved forward, I ran into a recruiter-driven timeline issue—there was repeated pushing on how long I could hold my spot, including a long notice period. The feedback across rounds was positive, and I even agreed on an offer.

Then, after I shared all my documents from my current organization, I was told there was a hiring freeze. That made the earlier steps feel confusing and wasteful, especially since the process had already consumed my time.
