My process started with a hiring manager chat that was more about soft skills than deep technical content.

It felt casual, but I remember the interviewer still setting expectations about leaving a good vibe.

Then I moved into a more technical conversation with team members. That round went into details where they wanted me to be precise and “bold,” and it felt like the questions expected a stronger, confident technical stance than the first conversation. By the end, it came across as a difficult path overall, but the journey itself was consistent: light first touch, followed by sharper technical questioning.
