The early part of the process was done by video call and it was reasonably clear how they explained the job.

The conversation itself felt okay—gentle and attentive—and it took a bit of time, but it didn’t feel rude or chaotic.

Even though the interview discussion went fine, I later received a refusal by email without extra detail. There wasn’t much feedback to understand where things didn’t match.

I didn’t get an offer. Honestly, the biggest impact was the lack of information after a fairly straightforward call.
