San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got reached out to by a recruiter and was told the process would be pretty structured and roughly five weeks long, with at least four or five interviews, plus a required presentation.

From the start, the only thing that really threw me off was the scheduling. My interview times kept getting rescheduled, and while I understood things change on their side, it was still frustrating because it kept pushing the calendar.

End to end, it ended up taking about eight weeks instead of the initial expectation. Even though the overall loop sounded organized, the shifting schedule made the whole process feel drawn out, and I didn’t end up with an offer.
