San Francisco, CAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through five interviews that spanned recruiter, a manager, an SDR, a team lead, and then another step beyond that.

Most of the questions I faced were behavioral, and the conversations kept circling back to examples—how I handled situations and how I’d show up in real work.

The last round stood out because it was a values interview that everyone at the company goes through. In that stage, I had to talk about a time I failed and what I did to resolve it, tying my response back to the company’s expectations.

It was a demanding but coherent path, and I didn’t end up getting an offer. The values round especially left me feeling like they were looking for a particular kind of reasoning, not just success
