Atlassian Account Executive interview experience

There were three interview rounds with a sales leader, along with current account managers at the company and a management team that assessed me based on how I’d handled specific situations.

The repetition across rounds felt deliberate, like they wanted multiple perspectives on the same kinds of evidence—whether I could back up my experience with concrete, believable examples.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. The experience was challenging because it relied so much on demonstrating fit through real stories rather than just general discussion.
