The recruiter communication in my process was almost nonexistent.

I got the sense that they held themselves to extremely high standards—so high that if I wasn’t at the level they wanted, I shouldn’t expect more than silence.

Because there wasn’t much contact, it felt difficult to even gauge where I stood. The experience was less about the interview itself and more about the lack of closure.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and what I remember most is how rough it felt to be left without meaningful updates.
