Sacramento, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty streamlined process that started with a recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager.

Communication felt organized, and I didn’t experience that awkward radio silence that can happen during hiring.

A big positive for me was that they didn’t ghost me. The process moved along with a clear rhythm, and it didn’t drag out in a confusing way.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the overall experience felt decent and dependable, mainly because the process was coherent and I always knew what was going on.
