The process felt reasonably quick but still involved a lot of interviews across different departments, all conducted remotely over Zoom.

The structure made it clear they were actively trying to determine whether I fit in multiple dimensions, not only in role-specific capability.

As I moved through conversations, the theme stayed consistent: they cared about whether I would be able to contribute, be supportive and reflective of company values, and work well with others.

I didn’t receive an offer. My honest takeaway was that the interview loop felt thorough in a broad cultural sense, even if it still came down to whether they saw alignment with what they needed.
