I had a straightforward but high-stakes sequence: HR, a hiring manager conversation, then a panel, and finally a VP step.

The panel was the toughest part of the loop for me.

The hiring manager interview set me up for a discovery-style role-play. After that HM conversation, I received a prep sheet, and then I had to run the role-play as if I was working through a real client scenario. The structure emphasized using MEDDIC and challenger concepts, including having a clear point of view on the client’s challenges.

I didn’t end up getting selected. Still, the process felt organized around observable sales thinking, and I left with a clear sense of what they were assessing, even though it didn’t work out for me.
