I had a pretty straightforward experience, and honestly it felt positive even though I didn’t end up getting the job.

The process was just a single 30-minute Zoom call with an HR manager, and it was clearly meant to be a conversation rather than anything overly formal.

During the call, the HR manager was very professional and made sure I had the chance to ask questions. We covered what I was looking for and I got clear answers throughout, which put me at ease. The whole thing didn’t drag on, and I walked away feeling like I’d been heard.

Even with no offer, the interaction itself left a good impression. I appreciated how smoothly it went and how directly my questions were addressed.
