My interview process was unusually long and kept dragging on with constant rescheduling.

It started with a recruiter call, then I met with a hiring director and later had additional interviews that included another director and eventually panel interviews.

What really changed the pace was the final panel stage. I had to prepare and deliver a 45-minute PowerPoint presentation to a group, followed by a shorter Q&A session. The topic centered on a 30/60/90-day business plan for an account/relationship management style role. Even though I brought industry experience and had connections internally and externally, the overall format felt oddly disconnected from the day-to-day
