Minneapolis, MNPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an email from a recruiter shortly after applying, and my follow-up took effort—first to schedule a call, then again when I didn’t hear back.

Eventually I got a response and had a conversation that seemed to go well, and I was told I’d hear back, but weeks passed without any updates. I followed up again after a thank-you email with no reply for over a month.

The interviews themselves sounded promising early, but the lack of follow-through after we’d talked made the whole process feel disrespectful. I never received an offer, and I walked away disappointed by how the recruiter communication stalled out rather than giving any clear closure.
