My experience was mixed from the start because this wasn’t actually a direct Arthrex role—it was with a distributorship that was independently owned and contracted to sell Arthrex.

Even so, I went through the process as if it were part of the larger pipeline.

What stood out most was how scattered and unprofessional the process felt. There wasn’t a smooth, cohesive journey that made it clear what step came next or what the process was aiming to assess. Instead, it dragged in an uneven way that made it hard to stay confident about where things were headed.

By the end, the process didn’t leave me with the sense of alignment or seriousness I expected, especially compared with how much a sales role depends on clarity and momentum.
