Atlanta, GAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a HireVue step, I was invited to a panel style conversation.

I ended up speaking with multiple senior leaders, including two VPs plus the head of HR, and the interview felt structured around assessing how I thought and communicated in a sales setting.

Right after that, I scheduled a shadowing with an active sales rep. That part helped me get a real sense of how the day-to-day work looked, and it also made the process feel more grounded than a purely interview-based screening. The overall experience leaned positive, and the flow from assessment to observing live selling was the main thing that stood out to me.
