Artech L.L.C. Frontend Engineer interview experience

There wasn’t any serious salary negotiation, and I moved through the stages pretty quickly—answering most of the questions they had and then taking a system test.

After the system test went well, I had a final discussion with the manager. That last step felt more like alignment than a deep technical grilling, and the overall tone was straightforward.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What I took away afterward was that the process was efficient, but there wasn’t much room for back-and-forth on terms or context—once the interview steps were done, it felt like the decision was already set.
