Artech L.L.C. Software Engineer interview experience

It was a two-level setup: first with a project lead and then with additional team leads. The whole thing centered on Java, Swing, and database topics, and the questions stayed grounded in practical areas rather than anything overly abstract.

I walked out feeling like I understood what was being evaluated and that the flow matched the role. Even though it was a real technical conversation, it didn’t feel adversarial. Overall, it was an enjoyable process—challenging enough to be interesting, but still within an “average” level for me.
