Arctic Wolf Software Engineer interview experience

Two interviewers went over the role with me, and the whole thing included an easy coding question. The interview lasted about an hour, and it didn’t really leave much time to dive into soft skills or deeper back-and-forth.

What stood out most was how compact the format was—mostly role context plus a straightforward coding check. I didn’t feel overly pressured, but because the conversation window was tight, it was harder to make a broader impression beyond the coding portion. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself felt low-stress and straightforward.
