Arcadis Consultant interview experience

The interviewers were experienced and direct, and the questions stayed tightly relevant to the role rather than drifting into generic prompts. We talked about how my previous roles prepared me for this position, and the discussion also focused on what I could bring that might be missing from their perspective. The pace felt efficient, and I appreciated how drilled yet fair the conversation was.
