After some online testing, I was invited to an assessment centre.

It had two distinct parts. The first was a more general group activity centered on an EV project, where the structure felt more like collaborating and demonstrating how I approached the task together with others. The second part shifted toward something more technical, focusing on evaluating risks.

What stood out to me was that the EV context kept pulling me back to real-world judgment, while the technical risk evaluation made it feel more analytical. The overall setup felt intentionally balanced between working with the team and showing my ability to think through risk in a structured way.
