Arcadis Consultant interview experience

First, I had a phone call coming from HR with the main questions, and then I met with a BA manager and my probable line manager for the second stage. The whole thing felt straightforward and approachable, which made it easier to stay comfortable and actually get a sense of whether the role matched what I was looking for. The interviews also felt like they were paced for clarity, not for stress.
