My process began through a recruiter phone call that led to an in-person interview at the office.

I arrived a little early and checked in, but the onsite coordination was odd and confusing. I couldn’t find the interviewer’s name in the hosts list, and after a short wait with the receptionist it turned into another delay before anyone came to get me.

When the interviewer finally appeared, there wasn’t even basic small talk—no questions about whether I found the place easily, no greeting beyond verification, and then I was guided through the building to a nearby area where I met additional people. Only after that did I get proper introductions and the interview could actually begin.
