My first step was a technical screening built around a LeetCode-style coding question.

After that, the next round shifted toward system and product design—where I had to talk through past projects and explain my problem-solving process in a more architectural way. It felt like the interviewers were deliberately moving from implementation thinking to how I reason about larger systems.

After the design-focused round, I met with a group leader, and then I completed the process with an HR interview. The whole arc felt consistent: coding first, then design and discussion of real experience, then leadership and fit.

Even when it got more conceptual, the pace stayed conversational.
