My early steps were pretty recruiter-driven, and the schedule moved me into both behavioral and technical work.

I remember going through a behavioral interview that included a resume review and the kind of “why us” questioning Appian uses, then hitting a technical round that was done on CoderPad.

From there, I reached a super day that leaned heavily on live evaluation. The on-site was structured around multiple interviews, with two coding/technical conversations and other rounds that mixed behavioral and fit-style questioning. I also felt how professional everything was—people acted like they were there to understand how I worked, not just to catch mistakes.

A big theme for me was the culture check.
