Appian Software Engineer interview experience

What bothered me most was that I never spoke with anyone from the company and it didn’t look like my resume was even reviewed. The same role kept getting reposted, and when I tried again later, I still got an auto rejection with no recruiter call. Overall, it felt less like an active hiring process and more like resume harvesting, especially given the repeated reposting and quick dismissals.
