My process was all over video chat and felt pretty structured, but also intense.

It started with a recruiter check-in focused on my background, then I met a team lead who asked some technical questions. After that, I had the last three interviews back to back, all on the same stretch of time, and the whole run of those final conversations took about three hours.

I spoke with a technical lead, the vice president of customer relations, and a project manager. The interview style emphasized fit and experience alongside probing questions, so it wasn’t just “tell me about yourself” and move on. It was clearly set up to assess how I’d think and communicate under pressure.
