Appian Full Stack Engineer interview experience

I was promised a recruiter call on two separate occasions, and both times the HR contact didn’t join the meeting. It wasn’t a small delay either; it was essentially wasting the time slots I cleared.

That made the whole process feel chaotic and disrespectful to me, and by the time I realized the calls weren’t going to happen, I didn’t feel motivated to keep pushing forward. The experience left a strong negative impression about how seriously the company handled candidate time.
