The people I interacted with seemed genuinely nice, and the team vibe came through even though I didn’t make it to an offer.

I was rejected after the final round.

The only feedback I received was that they found a closer match to the profile they were targeting. It was brief, but it at least gave me a clear, straightforward reason rather than leaving me wondering.

My honest reflection was that while I was disappointed, the experience didn’t feel adversarial—just competitive on fit, and I couldn’t change the fact that someone else matched what they were looking for more closely.
