Appian Consultant interview experience

No offer

Negative

Frankfurt am MainPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out after I sent my CV, and we scheduled a time to speak.

The interview process quickly turned into something I’d never really experienced before: the recruiter didn’t call at the agreed time, and there was no explanation.

The lack of communication was the core issue. I waited, expecting a follow-up or at least a heads-up, but nothing came through. That silence made the whole situation feel unprofessional.

I didn’t move forward to further stages and didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection was that the initial communication failure completely changed how I felt about the opportunity—regardless of my fit, the process itself didn’t respect my time.
