My early stages went fine, and I ended up with a virtual onsite that included several different people—developers, an executive chat, and even a brand ambassador.

The executive conversation was the part that stood out negatively because it didn’t feel like they were treating my time seriously.

He showed up late and didn’t offer to give me a proper wrap-up for questions. The call felt like he signed off early, and the overall tone made it seem like the meeting was a burden rather than a genuine evaluation step. Even if the rest of the onsite had meaningful engagement, that executive round dragged down the experience and made me feel like the process wasn’t consistently professional.
