Appian Software Engineer interview experience

The journey included online coding first, then live interviews where they asked me to walk through LeetCode-like problems while the interviewer watched closely. After that, the process continued with additional technical and role-focused discussions tied to my prior work and my resume, and there was also a culture-fit discussion toward the end. Across the whole set, the difficulty didn’t feel easy or brutal; it was more like steady screening across many checkpoints, which made the process feel long and thorough.
