Appian Software Engineer interview experience

That second call was meant to confirm I was a real human with actual skills, not just credentials. After that, the interviews ran through an afternoon with a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and one of the sessions was with someone close to the C-suite, which made the whole day feel more serious than the earlier rounds. I wasn’t expecting tech questions at that later stage, but that’s what I got—plus enough behavioral depth that it wasn’t just about coding. The overall flow felt like a typical multi-interview day rather than anything rushed.
