I went from an OA straight into a superday.

During my interview, it was remote because of COVID, and the superday included three separate interviews: one purely behavioral, one coding/LeetCode round, and one system design component. I experienced it as a shift from problem-solving into more structured thinking, and the full arc ended with a “sell day” style executive interaction at HQ. Overall it felt like a proper multi-stage evaluation rather than a single test and done.
