Appian Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

Posted Jun 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied directly on the website and got a phone interview scheduled for a specific time.

The day came and they never called, and I also didn’t receive a cancellation email or any follow-up. I left a voicemail and eventually got an email saying the position was filled and they weren’t interested anymore.

It was frustrating because there was no communication, no explanation, and it made the whole process feel careless. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the lack of basic follow-through was what stood out more than anything about the role itself.
