Reston, VAPosted Oct 2011 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

When I arrived, I realized I hadn’t been told how the interview process would run.

For what was supposed to be an initial round, I ended up doing multiple separate half-hour interviews back-to-back. They combined behavioral questions with a lot of brain teasers, and it felt more demanding than I’d expected.

The structure being a surprise made it harder to settle in mentally, especially given the mix of question types. By the end I still didn’t receive an offer, and what I remember most is the intensity and the confusion around the schedule rather than any single technical topic.
