My process felt genuinely positive right away.

The recruiter was very nice and asked interesting questions, and I also got a lot of helpful insight into the company and the culture. The conversation made the opportunity feel more real, not just scripted.

That friendly tone carried through enough that I left feeling like it would be a good company to consider seriously. I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview experience itself still felt like a good introduction.

My honest reflection was that I walked away with a better understanding of what they valued, which softened the disappointment of not moving forward.
