Pittsburgh, PAPosted Oct 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter submitted me for an IT opportunity and sounded very optimistic, so I was hopeful at first.

I went through the early steps, then the timeline stretched out for months with no response. I’d kept waiting for an update, and eventually I emailed to ask for status.

What I got back was basically that they weren’t moving forward. There wasn’t much professional courtesy in how it was handled, and it felt inconsiderate given how long I’d been left hanging without any real communication.

By the end, I didn’t get an offer, and I didn’t feel like the process respected my time.
