The only part of my interview experience that really stood out was the way I was evaluated in behavioral conversations.

I was repeatedly pushed to structure my answers using a clear storyline: describing the situation, the task I faced, what actions I took, and then the result.

Even though the guidance made the conversation feel a bit long-winded, it also gave me a consistent framework to follow during the interview. That focus on structured narratives shaped how I spoke through my examples.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, that one detail—the emphasis on a specific way to present experience—made the overall process feel more like deliberate assessment than anything spontaneous.
