Anz Software Engineer interview experience

For each question, I had up to three minutes to speak, and I was allowed two attempts per question if I wanted to redo my answer.

It was an unusual setup compared to live interviews because it forced me to be concise and think quickly while also managing nerves in the moment. The process felt more about how I communicate under a recording constraint than about deep back-and-forth discussion. Even though it wasn’t described as the most difficult stage, it still felt high-pressure because the time limit didn’t give much room for me to find my flow.
