My interviews leaned into core technical background first, starting with experience-related questions that included C++ and some model-style topics.

After that, I moved into an HR conversation focused on aspiration and then another set of discussions with business stakeholders.

The whole flow felt pretty manageable as long as I had prepared technically ahead of time. It wasn’t just abstract discussion—there was enough specificity in the technical part that my prep mattered.

In the end it was an ok experience for me: not especially dramatic, and mostly dependent on whether my preparation matched what they asked. I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like I’d shown the right fundamentals.
